For In-Stock Items

Your order will be shipped to your address in 1-3 business days within Trinidad and 4-7 business days within Tobago via domestic couriers. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped with a tracking number.

For Custom-Order items

Please allow 10-15 business days for your order to arrive in Trinidad and Tobago. Then your order will be shipped like In-Stock items.

For Pre-Order Items

A Pre-Order lets you buy a item before it is officially released or available for sale. This allows you to reserve your desired item before it is available to the general public. Just around the item's confirmed street date, your item will be shipped like Custom-Order items.
